Propose a usability test plan (also known as a usability study and also a usability evaluation) for Zoom, video conferencing tool. The usability evaluation test plan involves proposing a usability test plan that details what and how you would observe three participants to complete tasks with parts or the whole of the interface. If the evaluation is planned and executed effectively according to standard usability testing procedures, the process of the usability evaluation can lead to valuable recommendations for improving the quality of the interface. You will prepare a detailed paper of 15-20 pages (including back matter as needed) that will contain a presentation and discussion of the entire usability evaluation test plan process. This exercise will give you experience of proposing a test plan for assessing user interface design.
