1. What challenges do you currently face in regard sleep? (i.e. not enough time because of work and school, noisy roommates, etc.) I’m a wife and mother of three boys 14, 9, and 5 and a full-time college student.
2. How does this influence your mental health, well-being, and levels of stress?
3. What behaviors did you adjust or initiate to assist your sleep? What did you find helpful in with the behaviors you adjusted?
4. How can you improve and prioritize your sleep in the future?
