The 22nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was ratified in 1951. This Amendment formally restricted the U.S. president to two four-year terms in office. For this post, I would like for you to discuss what this amendment does to the exercise of presidential power viz-a-viz Congress and the Courts? In other words, do presidents have to act differently because of the 22nd Amendment?

(Also, please do not spend most of your time telling the class about the 22nd Amendment. Spend your time answering the questions posed in the prompt).

These responses must be well-thought out, but concise, and should be exactly 300 words. Responses that are too short or too long will be penalized.
Make sure you internally (in-text) and externally (end of text) cite your sources using MLA format. These citations will not count toward the 300- word requirement. Also, works cited information is required at the end of your posts. Sources are required for all posts. If you use the course text(s), be sure to cite those as well.
