You will conduct research on an emerging trend, technology, or approach of your choosing that is affecting (or is expected to affect) the talent management field and write a research report synthesizing that research.
In your report be sure to describe (1) the technology or approach, (2) how it is being implemented, (3) its current and expected impact on talent management both from a companys perspective and from the talents perspective.
You are encouraged to perform some primary research, as well, reaching out to one or more industry professionals to gain first-hand insights into your phenomenon.
