Submit a legally sufficient petition for injunction.Draft an order Regarding an Alleged Violation of Injunction

This project requires you to put what have learned about the different types of injunctions to practical use. This is a two-part assignment. You are required to submit your assignment in one word document containing both parts A and B.
Part A. Submit a legally sufficient petition for injunction.
Review the forms on the Florida Courts website to select the proper form. Using the case you are assigned, you use the factual scenario to submit the petition for injunction. (You may need to supplement the facts adding to the scenarios in order to prepare the petition. Feel free to use your imaginations here.) If children are involved, you will need to address child support/timesharing/communications issues. Use the cases as your jumping off point and supplement with facts which you need to include to prepare the petition.
Use the following table below to determine which case you should use as your factual support for your petition:

Carter v. Malken, 207 So. 3d 891 (Fla. 4th DCA 2017). Use this case

Part B. Draft an order Regarding an Alleged Violation of Injunction
In this portion of the assignment, you will be acting as a judge and deciding whether or not you should extend an injunction or provide another form of relief. Therefore, in this portion of the assignment, you are to assume that the Respondent has violated the injunction. As such, you will need to draft an order containing sufficient judicial findings of the violation(s). You are required to be a story-teller in that you will generate the facts upon which you will be providing relief for the violation of the injunction. In reviewing your order, I will be acting as an appellate court reviewing your findings to determine whether the relief you have provided conforms with the legal requirements as discussed in class. (Hint: see statutes that discuss violations of injunctions) You will be graded on your ability to set forth the facts and provide a legal remedy based on what you have learned in this course.

You have to go online and find the forms fill in the forms according to the case . Then for second part you will draft an order with you acting as the judge.
