Performance Management – HW 6.2

Read Exercise 6-2 : Employee Performance Monitoring at Tumgo: Good or Bad idea and as described in the Steps at the end of the exercise, issue your arguments both in favor of the Employee Performance Management System (Tum) and against the system.

Again, since there won’t be two teams of students defending each point of view, each one of you will individually state all arguments both in favor and against the system. As you develop your arguments against or for Tum, consider the issues stated under the Steps. (Usefulness, effectiveness, employee reactions etc…) .
