Online marketing strategy for Sempre Technology

Executive Summary
Make certain it is a summary of the actual content of the thesis. So briefly describe what research you really did and what findings came out of it rather than saying tou did desk/field research which are just general terms without real meaning.

-Chapter 1
Overall this should be ore clear and specific. In the problem background you could describe more of the problems they encounter. Regarding the project objective it would be could if you could include actual (quantifiable) goals that should be achieved with the proposed marketing approach. In 1.2 you refer to sales goals so maybe you can quantify those. Or some other concrete goals like number of new inquiries etc.

-Chapter 2
Start with a good and clear description and overview of the services that Sempre offers. That is too vague now and must be more specific. Next, as you mentioned yourself already, a description and analysis of the business model is needed here. For me that means focusing on two main thins: who pays for the services of Sempre (origin of revenue stream) and on what basis? The relationships of Sempre with both companies and job seekers can be explored I much more detail in this chapter. It would also be good if you can add relevant facts and figures concerning sales, number of clients, number of jobs fulfilled etc. so that we get an impression of where the company stands and also they relate it to the goals of chapter 1 and see how far removed the company is from their ambitions.
Please not that a real swot also involves the external side and so cannot be done on just an internal analysis alone. If you want to include a swot in the thesis, do so after also having presented all elements (market trends, customer, competition) of the external analysis.

-Chapter 3
Here I would expect to see a clear description of the situation and developments in the market for recruitment services, and especially regarding the type of jobs and companies Sempre is focusing on. Once again this means finding and presenting relevant facts and figures concerning the market. In its current form, the chapter does not add much value.

-Chapter 4
Here I had hoped to see results from interviews / survey with actual or potential customers so that you get un understanding of their needs and expectations etc. Just out of the blue describing personas is not sufficient here.

-Chapter 5
Also this is too general and vague and like this does not add much value.

-Chapter 6
The marketing plan you present is very general and I think you could have written it without input from the preceding chapters. However, in a graduation thesis the recommendations (in your case the marketing plan) should be based on the results and findings from what you have learned from analyzing the market, the customers, the competition and so on. Also, a plan must be specific and actionable. That means including a budget, time planning and organizational consequences for Sempre so that it becomes clear how the company can implement the plan and what they maybe need to change to be able to do so.
