It is important for an organization to have clear supply chain procedures. In order to establish clear procedures, the organization must be able to plan effectively and identify costs that impact their organization. Often times, supply chain procedures are aligned with the overall mission statement and organizational objectives. This alignment can also have a big influence on the cost of carrying inventory and the role inventory plays in the supply chain. Use your experience, FSCJ library, and scholarly sources from the Internet to:
Identify at least two supply chain procedures/strategies organizations can use to maintain a balance between supply and demand.
Identify how aggregate planning impacts the procedures/strategies that you identified.
Review posts of two classmates and give an example of how the two supply chain procedures/strategies identified are currently being used by a specific organization.
