This weeks reading provides an overview of law and dispute resolution. According to Vago, (2018), “A core function of law is the orderly resolution of disputes (p. 255). Discuss with your classmates what you consider to be a frivolous lawsuit. In doing so, research lawsuits in the United States using the Internet. In doing so, locate and discuss with your classmates a lawsuit that you feel had merit and another lawsuit, which you submit was frivolous. Elaborate on the details in each of the lawsuits that drew you to your conclusions about them either having merit or being frivolous.
