Please write a case conceptualization on schizophrenic patient. Please use appropriate screening tools and detail how the screening tools were used. Obtain a baseline score and a 2nd screening to access progress if needed. At least 3 references needed one of which should be the dsm 5.
Though very flawed I have attached a copy of previously completed case conceptualization paper. I have also attached a rubric. Please follow the rubric closely.
The body of the paper should be at least 6 full pages not including reference or cover page.
