Design a communications training plan to improve your Virtual Organizations communication process during this crisis.
Assemble your training plan in the format of your choice: a 1,150- to 1,400-word paper, a 15- to 20-slide Microsoft PowerPoint presentation with speaker notes, or a 10-to 12-minute video, or another multimedia application of equivalent content.
Identify at least three goals for your training program.

Analyze the organizations culture to determine what are its communication obstacles.
What is a needs and task analysis? Identify what improvements are required in the communication process before, during and after a crisis.
Explain what research methodologies that you would use to assess the organizations training needs. Why would they be effective?
How would you justify the cost of the training? What would be the return on the investment for the organization in terms of its budget, resources, productivity, profitability, and staffing?
Justify your choice of a training facilitator, internal or external, or both?
Describe how you will assess the training programs effectiveness. What tools would you use? Justify your selection?
Predict the short- (18 months) and long-term (3 years) outcomes that your training program would have on your Virtual Organization’s communication processes.
Include a minimum of six sources of which four are academic sources.
