Trends
As the enabling technology gets more sophisticated, experts say BPM can extend across channels and make a deep impact on workflows for the entire organization.
John Adams (2012)

Innovative trends offer beneficial business solutions. Consider the mobile banking trend and the impact of social media on marketing. Companies mine data from both internal and external sources for marketing initiatives or to monitor growth. Technology advances have enabled the integration of solutions across multiple departments. There is an amazing array of modern tools available to simplify work and extend efficiency of business processes.
