The research question is tight enough but the primary objective that follows the question is very broad or all inclusive and can pull you in too many directions.
The five issues under SDG17 are important but in somewhat disparate or pull you in different directions. So may be there is a possibility to choose or prioritise two or three of the five. We can discuss this.
Also it is important to have a good theoretical or conceptual frame as well. Please familiarise with the Global Public Goods concepts- see my 2004 paper, see the guru of this field Prof Sandler’s phenomenal work, also Kaul et al 1999; Barrett, 2005 and so on; another framework is that of IR and international systems governance – see for example Keohane, Ng et al various studies; a third framework is that of collective action; and fourth is about emerging donors; fifth one is about global powers, middle powers or emerging powers.

Approx Timelines for Dissertation:
1. Literature review and another substantive analysis chapter by end of July
2. Draft dissertation should be submitted by 15th august
